We ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Shipping charges are:

• $ 5.50 for orders up to $ 69.99 to the 50 U.S. states and $ 7.00 internationally.
• $ 6.20 for orders $ 70.00 - $ 99.99 to the 50 U.S. states and $ 7.00 internationally.
• Orders $ 100 and over ship FREE including all international destinations.

NB: International orders are not insured and are not track-able as they are mailed via standard US International Airmail.

Shipping of Stitch & Zip Kits

We charge $ 2.00 to ship any number of Stitch & Zip kits via US First Class Mail to the 50 U.S. states. If you would like your Stitch & Zip kit(s) to be shipped Priority Mail then the regular charges apply (as above). You will be automatically charged for regular shipping at check out, but unless you instruct us to ship Priority Mail we willl refund you the difference in shipping in order to charge you $ 2.00 and ship First Class Mail. All international Stitch & Zip orders are charged regular shipping as above.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days if the item is in its original package and in saleable, new condition. You will be refunded your money, less shipping charges, upon receipt of the returned item.

If there is a product defect then please notify us and return the item within 30 days. We will refund your money, including shipping costs or replace the item if requested.
