We ship USPS Priority Mail to the 50 states and regular airmail internationally. For heavier orders, we ship UPS. If you require expedited delivery please call or email us to make arrangements. For international shipments there may be an additional charge (rare) - if so, you will be contacted before the order is shipped.

For orders totalling:

UP to $69.99 Add $4.60 for orders shippied within U.S. and $7.00 for all international shipments.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your needlepoint photo albums. We will accept returns within 30 days if the item is in no way damaged and is in its original, unopened packaging (where this applies). You will be refunded the full price paid for your item LESS shipping. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will receive a full refund.

If for some reason you run out of thread/yarn, please contact us. We will happily supply small additional amounts of any color at no charge.
