We are here to serve you with all your needlepoint and cross stitch needs and questions.That doesn't mean we know everything about needlepoint and cross stitch - far from it. But, we do know about providing great service and if that means trying to track down an answer for you then we will make every effort to do so. If we don't sell what you need we are ALWAYS happy to refer you to sources that might. Our names are Cheryl and Brenda. We are friends and business partners and we started this site because we love the needlearts industry and we love bringing you beautiful, fun designs that you usually won't find anywhere else. A lot of what you see here cannot be found on any other website. Did we mention our service? We really mean it when we say we love to get your inquiries. We try to answer your questions within 24 hours, usually much sooner. No question is too stupid. Go ahead - ask! We are members of The National Needlearts Association, which is our professional trade organization, and we attend all their trade shows. We publish a FREE monthly (well, usually monthly) e-zine which tells you about new products, stitching tips, industry events, and anything else we can think of that might interest you.
