We ship worldwide!

Where possible, your needlepoint canvases will be shipped within 24 hours. If a product is on back-order you will be notified.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We ship US Mail Priority Mail to the 50 states and regular airmail internationally. For heavier orders, we ship UPS. If you require expedited delivery please call or email us to make arrangements.

For orders totalling:

UP to $69.99 Shipping costs $4.60 for Priority Mail within the U.S. and $7.00 for all international shipments.

$70.00 - $99.99 Shipping costs $5.20 for Priority Mail within the U.S. and $7.00 for all international shipments.

Over $100.00 Free shipping both within the U.S. and internationally!

Sales Tax

California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax at check out.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days if the item is in no way damaged and is in its original, unopened packaging (where this applies). You will be refunded the full price paid for your item LESS shipping and the fees charged to us by Paypal. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will receive a full refund.
